Enquiries and quotations

All enquiries are non-binding and handled on a quote basis. No payment is taken via this website. Any booking arises only when we confirm arrangements and terms with you directly in writing, and is then governed by the specific terms of that confirmation.

Prices and availability

Prices shown "from" a figure reflect the lowest currently available package and can change without notice. Events marked "on request" are arranged privately and priced per proposal. Event dates, venues and formats are controlled by organisers and may change; where this happens we will work with you on alternatives, but we are not responsible for organiser decisions.

Hospitality and tickets

We source hospitality and admission products from official and verified channels. Venue entry remains subject to the organiser's and venue's own terms, including conduct, security and age requirements.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability in connection with any confirmed arrangement is addressed in the terms of that arrangement.

Intellectual property

Site content is the property of Orbital VIP or its licensors. Venue and event imagery is used under the licences listed on our image credits page. Event, club and competition names are the trade marks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the experiences available; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
